Honey & Claret FAQ: Answering Your Questions

BLOG

What sort of things do you write about?

Anything that catches our eye or interest! We love making more traditional blog posts like helpful tip guides, lists of our favorite alternative brands, and how-tos. We also love writing book and clothing reviews, or talking about our favorite music and media. Occasionally we’ll host an editorial, chatty piece or an interview with a creator in the dark alternative lifestyle space just for fun. In short, you’ll find a nice variety here.

How often do you update the blog?

We aim to post several times a week, though we don’t adhere to a strict posting schedule. Posts typically go up Mondays and Fridays, and sometimes on Wednesdays.

Do you take suggestions on topics to cover?

While we can’t guarantee that we will write for reader-given topic suggestions, we welcome you to submit your request for topic coverage by contacting us.

Are you currently accepting guest writers?

At the moment, no. This may change in the future, so please keep an eye out if you have an interest in writing for Honey & Claret.

SHOP

Where do you sell?

Our official storefront is moving to Shopify from Big Cartel, and we will update with a link shortly. If you see our items for sale anywhere else, they are an unofficial resell or stolen, and we ask that you report them if possible. Please conduct any sales from our official storefront only, as we cannot help you if you purchase from an unofficial source.

What items do you sell?

Small personal charms or decorative pieces. Wearables like enamel pins. Display pieces like acrylic standees and keychains. Stationery. Digital items like printables. We hope to expand our list of offerings as we continue to grow.

What does your shipping schedule look like?

We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday, with the exception of holidays. Items are sent through the USPS and include tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

We are USA-based and offer international shipping to many countries. Exempt countries include those that have shipping restrictions against the USA or vice versa. We currently don’t ship to the UK or EU, but hope to change that in the future.

Please be aware of import restrictions before placing any orders. We cannot mark our parcels as “gift”; duties, brokerage fees, taxes, shipping fees, and additional expenses are the buyer’s responsibility. You must be aware of VAT and/or duties fees that may be incurred during purchase.

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If we make an error in your order (such as sending you the wrong product or incorrect number of items), please message us and we will do our best to correct the problem.

My package is lost or damaged; what can I do?

Once we ship your package, we have no control over its delivery and no way of obtaining information about potential lost packages. Please contact your local post office for aid in tracking down packages.

Note that while we package our items with care, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or items mishandled by the USPS, nor can we reimburse them.
